Talon holds approximately 4.9 million common shares of Brazauro Resources Corp. (TSXV:BZO), which holds the Tocantinzinho ("Toc") property. Toc is located in the Tapajós Gold District, approximately 90 kilometres northwest of São Jorge.

On September 26, 2007, Brazauro announced an updated independent mineral resource estimate for Toc of 24.6 million tonnes at a grade of 1.33 g/t Au (1,053,000 contained ounces of gold) in the indicated category and 27.7 million tonnes at a grade of 1.18 g/t Au (1,048,000 contained ounces of gold) in the inferred category, using a 0.2 g/t Au cutoff.
